To get you posting up, mail your $50 posting fee to the address listed below.  After your check is received your posting will be activated on the website, it's that easy!  There is no listing contract or commitment on your part, you are in the driver's seat.  As the owner you have every right to rent your condo yourself!
 
This site works extremely well and you are very likely to rent your week.  
 
When you rent your week, you will need to contact the front office at The Wren and let our staff know who will be in your condo for that week.  The front office phone number is 970-476-0052.  This website is managed by owners at The Wren and not the front office management on site.
 
100% of rental proceeds are yours to keep.  Owners will arrange payment according to their terms directly from renters prior to check-in, typically a deposit up front and the balance due 60 days before the travel date.
